    Agronomist

    Agronomists study farm animals, soils, pastures and crops to improve their yield, health and quality, and to prevent pests and disease.

    Environmental Health Officer

    Environmental health officers look after the health of the community and maintain public health standards to ensure we have safe food, clean water and a clean environment.  They are employed to undertake regular assessments of businesses that handle fresh food and to minimise community health risks

    Environmental Officer

    Environmental Officers have been broadly divided into two main groups depending on the interests of their area. They can be office-based, or general, environmental officers, whose areas of responsibility are generally office-based environments. Alternatively, they can be technical environmental officers, whose areas include laboratories, workshops and studios and other technical areas in which chemical or biological materials are used.
